Educators and students in the USA and Jamaica build bridges with music.
The 2020 March for Music Education Exchange, co-sponsored by Jamaica Nice started in Kingston, Jamaica with the arrival of three USA-based music educators. Two weeks later, two Alpha Institute music students and their instructor were visiting Berklee College of Music, Canton High School and the University of Rhode Island during the day and performing music showcases at night.
In the end, the experience was about a lot more than music.
